𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (including Excel “lookup function & VBA”, and Outlook).
• Knowledgeable in:
o End-to-end recruitment process
o Utilization of online job portals and sourcing platforms
o Payroll processing and timekeeping administration
o Compensation and Benefits
• With basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar platforms).
• Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) is an advantage but not required.
