What: REGIONAL VACCINATION DAYS/ RESBAKUNA/ Covid-19 Vaccination

When: JANUARY 26, 2022 (WEDNESDAY)

Where:
📍January 26, 2022- Norala Open Gym Rizal Park & Brgy. Simsiman Gym

Vaccines Available:

FOR ADULTS (18 YEARS OLD PATAAS)

💉Pfizer for 2nd Dose/Booster ONLY
💉Moderna for 2nd Dose ONLY
💉Sinovac for 2nd Dose ONLY
💉ASTRAZENECA 1st/ 2nd Dose/ Booster

‼️NO J& J Janssen

FOR PEDIA (12-17 years old)

💉Moderna for 1st & 2nd Dose
💉Pfizer for 1st & 2nd Dose

Reminders:

1. BAWAL walang mask.
2. I-SANITIZE ang mga kamay. IWAS hawak sa mga bagay.
3. Panatilihin and pag DISTANSYA ng isang metro.
4. Kung maari magdala ng sariling ballpen at alcohol.
5. Magdala ng sariling tubig at snacks.
6. Inumin ang mga maintenance na gamot bago pumunta sa vaccination site.
7. Dalhin ang mga kinakailangan na dokumento/ requirements.
8. Para sa 1ST DOSE, magdala ng 1 valid ID.
9. Para sa 2nd at BOOSTER DOSE, dalhin ang inyong VAX CARD.
10. Pumila ng maayos, huwag mag-atubiling magtanong o sumangguni sa mga staff at personnel sa vaccination sites kung may mga katanugan at problema.
11. Iwasan po ang pagkalat ng basura sa ating mga RESBAKUNA Sites. Itapon po ng maayos sa mga basurahan ang inyong mga basura.

We would like to inform the people of Norala that our PUI (Person Under Investigation) was Negative thru confirmatory test. Norala is still Covid 19 free.

The circulating news of the allegedly confirmed case of PUI from Norala is not true.

Patient is currently admitted in hospital isolation, with specimen collected and sent to Research Institute for Tropical Medicine with pending result.

A motorcade around public market and schools is conducted before the start of activity to raise awareness.
