Guided by the principles of ABA(Applied Behavioral Therapy) TeamWorks offers an intensive,flexible & effective teaching method that is child specific,comprehensive and family oriented. ABA as the method is popularly known, is an intensive,structured, one-on-one teaching program designed to eliminate the problematic behaviors & help develop and enhance desirable ones.

Qualifications:
• Professional / Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree course from allied medical professions (PT/OT/ Psychology, Nursing) Education (Pre-school/SPED) Mass Communication from reputable University or College.
• Willing to sign a 2 Year Contract.
• With pleasing personality and good moral character.
• Possesses excellent communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate to work with children with special needs
• Willing to learn and be trained
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in Davao City
(For Home Based Therapy)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) program
• Coordinate with parents, case manager regarding child’s daily and monthly goals
• Submit required reports to respective company officers
• Follow Management Policies, Memorandum, Rules and Regulations
