⭐️　The covid 19 Vstrip antigen rapid tests alliance formed by PBF, ATBM®, and Eirgenix in March announced the successful development of rapid tests for COVID-19 antigen detection on April 2020 and applied to the Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) of the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Taiwan by the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law Project manufacturing license.
⭐️　With the joint efforts of the alliance, this product can successfully detect a low number of new coronaviruses (Viral Load) within 10 minutes during the verification phase and is highly specific, free from interference from other viruses, bacteria, and drugs.
⭐️　The three alliance companies each have their areas of expertise.
⭐️　ATBM® is an antibody developer and has successfully screened a group of monoclonal antibodies that can identify the antigen of the new coronavirus for use in different epitopes of the new coronavirus.
⭐️　Eirgenix is a GMP antibody manufacturer with optimized antibody technology and commercial mass production capabilities and can provide antibodies as materials for the mass production of fast screening reagents.
The reagents developed by PBF are one of the few test reagents that use nasal cavity specimens and do not require any equipment to quickly detect infected persons, helping to promote the general screening of new coronavirus detection.
