Job Description
• Administer and support the hospital’s ERP system, ensuring system availability, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Coordinate with end-users from various departments to address system issues and operational requirements.
• Monitor ERP transactions and reports to ensure proper system use and compliance with approved workflows.
• Assist in ERP implementation, upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
• Perform user access management, including creation, modification, and periodic review of roles and permissions.
• Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues and escalate concerns to vendors when necessary.
• Assist in system configuration, testing, and validation of new modules or enhancements.
• Prepare and generate ERP-based management reports as required by hospital leadership.
• Conduct user training and develop ERP user manuals and process documentation.
• Ensure proper integration of ERP with other hospital systems.
• Support data migration, system audits, and reconciliation of ERP data with source documents.
• Ensure ERP processes comply with hospital policies, DOH requirements, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors and consultants for system concerns and improvements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in ERP system support or hospital information systems is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in database management, system troubleshooting, and user support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with multiple departments.

Job Description
• Audit patient billing, charges, and collections to ensure all services rendered are accurately billed and recorded.
• Review revenue from various departments including inpatient, outpatient, ER, pharmacy, laboratory, and diagnostics.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of charge capture against medical records, physician orders, and service logs.
• Identify revenue losses, underbilling, overbilling, and potential fraud or irregularities.
• Evaluate compliance with hospital policies, insurance contracts, and government regulations.
• Reconcile daily revenue reports with system records and cash collections.
• Review adjustments, discounts, write-offs, and refunds for proper authorization and accuracy.
• Prepare audit findings, reports, and recommendations for management.
• Coordinate with billing, admissions, clinical departments, and IT to resolve discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits as required.
• Recommend improvements to revenue cycle processes and internal controls.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in hospital billing, revenue auditing, or healthcare finance is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in revenue cycle processes and audit procedures.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
