School-Based Health Program
📍 Ilalim Elementary School

Implementation of the School-Based Immunization and School-based Deworming, in coordination with the Department of Health (DOH) and Olongapo City Health Office (OCHO):

💉 Measles-Rubella (MR) and Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td) vaccines
👉 For all Grade 1 students

Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine
👉 For Grade 4 female students, aged 9–10 years old

💊 Deworming Program
👉 For all grade levels

✅ These health interventions are safe, effective, and provided free of charge by the Department of Health.
✅ Parental consent is required for immunization.
