URBANSTRONG FOUNDATIONS is for people who want a clear path—not random workouts. You’ll learn the standards, follow the plan, and build simple habits that keep you consistent. Foundations first—so your results last.

Only 8 spots per batch for real coaching attention and quality.

Completion Requirements Prior to Regular Classes:
✅ Sat 10:00–11:00 AM Orientation + Onboarding
✅ Tue 6:00 PM + Wed 6:00 PM Foundations
✅ Complete 4 foundation sessions first

Most people fail at Hybrid training because they start at the wrong intensity. They go too hard, too soon, and stall out. We do it differently. First, we score your readiness, then we recommend the right starting approach based on your movement quality, strength base, engine base, durability, and core.

This March, we’re running a Hybrid Intro with free physical testing! You’ll receive a Physical Readiness Score, and based on that, we’ll recommend the best starting path for you.

Testing dates will be held on March 7th and 14th at 10:00 AM (please arrive at 9:45 AM). As an added bonus, the first 10 sign-ups will get Month 1 for ₱2,000 instead of ₱2,500!
