Physician Executive Assistant / Marketing Officer

We are seeking a Physician Executive Assistant / Marketing Officer — a highly organized, dependable, and creative professional who will assist our physician with clinical/administrative duties, manage front desk operations, lead marketing through content creation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
⭐️ Physician & Administrative Support
- Provide direct administrative support to the physician, including scheduling, client communication, and daily operations
- Assist during aesthetic and wellness procedures (training provided)
⭐️ Marketing & Brand Management
- Create, schedule, and manage daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other channels
- Stay current with social media trends and apply them to content and campaigns
- Plan and promote events, specials, and seasonal campaigns
⭐️ Content Creation
- Produce high-quality photos and videos for social media, including Reels, TikToks, before-and-afters, testimonials, and educational clips
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns
- Ensure content stays relevant, engaging, and reflective of current trends
⭐️ Front Desk & Client Relations
- Manage front desk operations, including welcoming clients, answering calls/messages, and handling bookings
- Ensure a seamless, positive experience for all clients
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly
- Maintain organized client records and coordinate follow-ups
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and photo/video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
- Comfortable assisting in a clinical or aesthetic environment (training provided)
- Professional demeanor, well-groomed, and client-focused attitude
