November 2009 when the Olongapena’ owner came back from America as Experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist and dreamt of giving an accurate, quality, reliable and cost efficient Diagnostic services to the people of Olongapo City, her hometown. She decided to put up LAB1 Diagnostic Center, it was then the beginning of Lab1. The aim of practicing her profession, her experiences in advance technology in the US and her compassion of helping the less fortunate brought LAB1 to where it is now. Its first location was in Rizal Ave, Olongapo City.

2 years later in Oct 2012, there was a need for a bigger and more convenient location for our valued clients, we moved to our new location at RM Centerpointe, Magsaysay Rotonda, Olongapo City, where we can accommodate more patients and give more services needed by the community. We serve the people of Olongapo City and the Subic Bay Freeport Zone Investor and locators. In Oct. 2013, the Olongapo branch expanded and put up Medhub-LAB1 medical diagnostic clinic as a satellite branch and placed medhub to where it is now. April 2014, the need and opportunity to branch out in Subic Zambales, was a call for LAB1, it’s our privilege to serve Zambalenos and the 2nd biggest Shipyard in the World, Hanjin Shipyard being their official Medical provider and other Industrial businesses in the area. Now, it’s official 2nd home (branch).

2017, the 3rd branch was established in AFAB, Mariveles to serve the needs for Medical provider to this growing industrial freeport zone. LAB1 Diagnostic Laboratory in its advocacy to give quality yet affordable Medical services and to help the community especially the less fortunate, is now on its 12th year and going stronger…be a part of our growing family in keeping community’s good health!
