Celebrating National Women's Month 2026 with back to back lecture on Cervical Cancer Awareness and Onsite Visual Inspection With Acetic Acid (VIA) to female warriors of Royal Subic Main and Royal Choices (March 26,2026). It's been a busy day for ZMMG VIA and Yakap team but worth every drop of sweat and energy to impart knowledge and health education to busy employees of Royal Subic. Thank you Mam Ana and Dr Eve Natividad for the invitation and opportunity to provide our services. Together, we can decrease the incidence of cervical cancer with regular screening , early detection and treatment.

1. Ang TB ay naiiwasan kung malusog ang katawan at malakas ang immune system mo.
2. Ang taong malusog ang katawan ay kumakain ng wasto at masustansiyang pagkain at umiinom ng 6-8 basong tubig araw araw, may sapat na tulog (at least 8hrs/day), umiiwas sa bisyo, sigarilyo at alak, 30 minuto na ehersisyo.
3. Ang TB o anumang sakit ay naagapan at maaaring gamutin.
4. Kung may simtomas na nararamdaman, ubong hindi nawawala o pabalik balik, lagnat sa hapon o gabi, pangangayayat at panghihina ng resistensiya.
5. Hindi naman lahat TB ang dahilan pero check natin para sigurado, Magpakonsulta ka na agad.
