The Philippine Red Cross – Ozamiz City Chapter successfully conducted a First Aid Station during the UNDAS Operations last November 1–2, 2025, ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of our fellow Ozamiznons as they visited their departed loved ones. 🕊️❤️‍🩹
Throughout the two-day operation, our trained Red Cross volunteers and staff were on standby to provide first aid assistance to the public. With compassion and readiness, our team served the community with the true spirit of humanity and volunteerism.
We are deeply grateful to all our dedicated volunteers, especially our Red Cross Youth members, for their time, effort, and commitment to making this operation a success. 🙌 Your service exemplifies the Red Cross ideals of humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity, and universality.

Thank you as well to our partners, local authorities, and the Ozamiz City community for their continued support and cooperation in promoting safety during UNDAS 2025.

This meaningful and timely training aimed to equip the youth with vital life-saving skills such as basic first aid, CPR, wound care, and emergency response — preparing them to become capable first responders in real-life situations. 🩺💪

💪📌 In celebration of RA 10871, also known as the Samboy Lim Law, we brought our CPR Caravan to San Antonio National High School! This initiative allowed us to successfully empower student leaders, including the SSLG, DRRM members, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and classroom officers, with essential life-saving knowledge. Together, we focused on recognizing the signs and symptoms of a heart attack and learning how to perform CPR with confidence and skill.
Throughout the afternoon, students engaged in hands-on CPR training, practicing techniques that could make all the difference in an emergency. By equipping them with these life-saving skills, we are not only preparing them to act swiftly in times of crisis, but also promoting a culture of care and responsibility within the school community.

✨ Together, we are building a school environment that’s always CPR-ready—where safety, preparedness, and compassion are at the heart of everything we do. With each lesson learned, we take a step closer to creating a safer, more resilient future for all.
