MINI PIZZA RECIPE
500 grams flour
1 tbspn nstant dry yeast
1 tspn salt
1 to 2 tbspn sugar
300 ml luke warm water
1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil

Meat sauce
200 grmsGround beef
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tbspn tomto paste
2 cloves garlic minced
Small onions chopped
3.tbspn oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Little sugar
Pinch of msg optional

Extra oil or olive oil for brushing

Mix all ingredients until smooth and elastic
Rest 1 to 2 hours

While dough is resting make a sauce

Heat a pan or sauce pan

Add oil,sauteed onion then garlic add the ground meat when the onion ang garlic is transluscent, then sauteed the beef until cook
Add water if needed if the beef is almost frying add th sauce and tomato paste season with salt and pepper cook about 5 mins
Add ketchup and add sugar depend on ur liking cook another 3 mins until the sauce is thick consistency

Let it cool or you can cook this a day or couple of day before making pizza
If you have left over pasta sauce it can be use as pizza sauce too ,

When dough is ready
Punch the dought to release the gaass inside ur dough,divide depends on the size of your pizza
This recipe can make 3 to 4 10 inches pizza pans,

Let it rest the divided dough to rise a little and will be easy to handle
Then flaten put in a grease pan
Add.sauce (equal part of tomatopaste and kechup)
,mozzarella cheese and some topping you like
Such as
Pepperoni
Bell pepper
Pineapples
Black olives sliced
Mushrooms etc.
Note:
Rest about 10 mins before you bake

bake on pre heated oven I used 190c bake 15 tp 20 mins until golden brown color
Note i made mini pizza here so baking time may lessen
