A: Yes, micropeeling is a good sign. This means that the products are penetrating the skin. Micropeeling reduces fine lines and wrinkles, corrects sun damage, improves acne, lessens appearance of scars, minimizes age spots, and fades acne marks.

Q: Is it safe to use for pregnant women?
A: As of the moment, we do not recommend Lumiere Skin Vitals Set for pregnant women and teens.

Q: Is skin purging normal?
A: Skin purging is a process in which your skin breaks out when trying new products. However, not all users go through this stage. If you're currently experiencing this, use only a small amount of product or use it less frequently. You may increase the frequency of usage once the skin adjusts.

This means that your skin is in the adjustment stage. Also, it means that the product is taking out all the dirt penetrated in your skin. Redness is normal for the first few weeks until the skin fully adjusts.

Q: Is it safe to use under exposed sunlight?

Let's break things down. Lumière would try to as much as possible guide everyone.

1. NO INSTANT RESULTS
- We don't want to sugarcoat things. Lumière does not believe in instant results. You need to go through the process. Be patient as well, some clients would see progress in as early as 2 weeks and some don't. Never compare your progress to anybody else.

2. ADJUSTMENT STAGE
Your skin may differ to some. Usually, upon use, it would take 2 weeks to 1 month before your skin adjusts. So give it a time. Don't rush your progress.

3. PURGING
- Majority of our clients don't undergo purging but to some YES, if necessary. Doesn't mean you're having breakout, the product does not suit you at all. Observe first. Sometimes, Lumière had to remove all those sebum and excess dirt inside your pores before closing it up to avoid future acne/pimples.

4. MICROPEELING
-When you are micropeeling, be extra gentle with your skin and the application of the products. It gets a little sensitive. Do not force peel! Do not leave the soap on the skin. Wash and rinse immediately. Apply ample amount of toner and cream. Not too much.
