The RHU Paglat extends its heartfelt gratitude to the IOM – UN Migration team for conducting a Rapid Monitoring Assessment yesterday at our facility. The team also carried out a thorough inspection of the RHU building, helping us assess structural conditions and identify areas that need improvement to ensure a safer and more functional health environment.

This assessment allowed us to review our service delivery, identify gaps, and understand the needs of both our staff and the communities we serve. We also discussed ongoing challenges, gathered valuable insights, and explored ways to further strengthen our health programs and emergency response mechanisms.

Thank you to the IOM team for your continued support, technical guidance, and commitment to enhancing local healthcare systems. Your partnership is instrumental in ensuring that the people of Paglat receive safe, efficient, and quality health services.

A Huge Success! 2-Day Food Handlers Training @ MSU Function Hall, Paglat Campus

We are proud to announce the successful completion of our 2-day Food Handlers Training, attended by food business owners, food processors, and community members committed to ensuring safe and quality food for everyone in Paglat.

This training provided participants with essential knowledge on proper food handling, sanitation, foodborne disease prevention, hygiene practices, and safe food preparation techniques — all vital in protecting public health and maintaining high standards in food services.

Mental Health Culmination Activity Successfully Conducted! ✨
Last November 17, 2025 (Monday), 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN at the Training Center of Paglat, we proudly held our Mental Health Culmination Activity with 11 active service users from different barangays of Paglat, Maguindanao.

Ang Rural Health Unit ng Paglat ay nagpapaabot ng abiso sa publiko na walang gaganaping medical consultation sa darating na Oktubre 28, 2025 (Martes).

Ito ay dahil ang ating Municipal Doctor ay dadalo sa isang opisyal na seminar ng isang linggo, habang karamihan sa ating mga health personnel ay sasailalim sa training at evaluation na gaganapin sa IPHO–Maguindanao Del Sur.

Ang mga gawaing ito ay bahagi ng patuloy na pagsasanay at pag-unlad ng ating mga kawani upang mapahusay pa ang kaalaman, kasanayan, at kalidad ng serbisyong pangkalusugan na aming ibinibigay sa komunidad.

Humihingi po kami ng paumanhin sa anumang abala na maidudulot nito at taos-pusong nagpapasalamat sa inyong pag-unawa at pakikiisa.
Ang regular na serbisyo ay magbabalik pagkatapos ng nasabing petsa.

💉✨ Matagumpay na Pagsasagawa ng School-Based Immunization sa Paglat Central Elementary School!✨💉

Isang malaking tagumpay ang naisakatuparan ngayong araw sa Paglat Central Elementary School sa pamamagitan ng matagumpay na School-Based Immunization (SBI)

Ang programang ito ay naglalayong maprotektahan ang ating mga kabataan laban sa mga sakit na maaaring maiwasan sa tulong ng bakuna, tulad ng Measles-Rubella (MR), Tetanus-Diphtheria (TD), at Human Papillomavirus (HPV)👩‍⚕️

Handog ng ating Rural Health Unit ng Paglat ang libreng pagbabakuna para sa mga mag-aaral upang maprotektahan sila laban sa mga vaccine-preventable diseases! 🌈

💉 Mga bakunang ibibigay:

Ang Newborn Screening ay isang simpleng pagsusuri na ginagawa kay baby 2–3 araw pagkatapos ipanganak. Sa pamamagitan ng isang maliit na kuha ng dugo sa sakong ni baby, natutukoy agad kung may posibleng sakit na pwedeng maagapan bago pa man lumabas ang sintomas.
