A joyful and meaningful celebration filled the Sofronio Española District Hospital Lobby as SEDH successfully conducted its Grand Raffle Draw and 3rd & 4th Quarter Awards Day on December 22, 2025, at 3:00 PM.

The event served as a heartfelt recognition of the hard work, dedication, and outstanding performance of our SEDH employees who continuously go above and beyond in delivering quality public health service. Awardees from the 3rd and 4th quarters were formally honored for their commitment, teamwork, and excellence in their respective roles.

Adding excitement to the celebration was the much-anticipated Grand Raffle Draw, which brought smiles, cheers, and fun to everyone in attendance. It was truly a moment of joy and appreciation shared by the entire SEDH family.

Sofronio Española District Hospital proudly joined the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women and Children, reaffirming our commitment to promoting a safe, respectful, and violence-free community for all.

Throughout the campaign, a series of meaningful activities were successfully conducted by the Medical Social Service Section staff, in collaboration with various partner agencies and institutions. These activities aimed to raise awareness, educate the public, and strengthen collective action against all forms of violence affecting women and children.

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 727, Series of 2024, declaring 31 October 2025 (Friday) as an additional special (non-working) day throughout the country, this aims to strengthen family ties by providing more time for the traditional observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day, as well as to promote domestic tourism.

Please be informed that OPD and other office operations such as Medical Records and Administrative Office will be closed on October 31, 2025.

Regular OPD schedule and office transaction will resume on November 3, 2025, Monday. Emergency room service remains open 24/7.
