This institution is aiming to provide free high quality tertiary education to the poor but exceptionally talented Novo Ecijano youths. Joson Memorial College (ELJMC) came into being on January 24,2005. It was located at Brgy. Singalat, Palayan City, Nueva ecija. As a community college, ELJMC is being operated and managed by the Nueva Ecija Provincial Government with the able leadership of Hon. Joson III, Chairman of the Board and Trustees and Provincial Governor of Nueva Ecija.

ELJMC announces its College Admission and Scholarship Test for Academic Year 2014-2015.

Courses offered:
1. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
2. Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
3. Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology
4. Bachelor of Secondary Education
5. Bachelor of Elementary Education

Requirements:
1. Must be a bonafide Novo Ecijano
2. A high school graduate or a graduating high school student
3. With a general average not lower than 85 but not grade lower than 80 in any subjects
4. Photocopy of high school card
5. 2 pcs 2x2 picture (white background)
6. Fully accomplished application form
