1️⃣ First Stage
💫 Early labor – cervix begins to open
⚡ Active labor – stronger contractions
🌸 Transition – cervix fully dilated (10 cm)

2️⃣ Second Stage
🤰 Pushing begins
👶 Baby moves through birth canal
❤️ Baby is delivered

3️⃣ Third Stage
💧 Placenta is delivered (“afterbirth”)
✅ Uterus contracts to recover
