• Conduct routine physical exams that would include vitals, reviewing patient history, discussing any health concerns of the patient in general.
• Review physical appearance for signs of any potential conditions and check patient’s body parts that could visually indicate any existing health issues.
• Conducts eye exam to assess vision and ability to focus on and discern objects
• Tests patient’s motor functions and reflexes.
• Filling up medical records of the patient as prescribed
• Authenticating medical records uploaded by the Medical Office Admin in the LTO System
• Signing Medical Certificate needed for presentation to LTO

Qualifications
• Qualified physician duly licensed to practice medicine
• Detail-oriented and compassionate approach with patients and staff
• Strong management and organization skills
• Knowledge of Medical Clinic operations a plus

• Facilitates filling up of forms and other paperwork.
• Measuring height, weight and checking vital signs.
• Compiling and encoding medical records.
• Processing payments and issuance of official receipts.
• Operating medical computer software interphased with LTO system
• Uploading medical records for Doctor’s authentication.
• Prepares daily and monthly sales report.
• Maintain office files and purchase of necessary supplies.
• Other tasks that may be needed from time to time.

Qualifications
• Graduate of medical related course
• Knowledge of healthcare operations a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Customer-oriented communication skills
