𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐖𝐀 | Malampuson nga nagpahigayon og 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫-𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 sa mga 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒓𝒔 (𝑩𝑯𝑾) sa Panabo City, kagahapon, Disyembre 5, 2025 sa Panabo Multipurpose Tourism, Cultural and Sports Center, nga gitambungan sa kapin 450 ka mga partisipante gikan sa 40 ka mga Barangay sa siyudad.

Ang Panabo City Health Office mapasalamaton og dako kay City Mayor Jose E. Relampagos alang sa iyang liderato, suporta, ug padayon nga paggiya sa mga inisyatiba sa panglawas sa Panabo. Sa iyang mensahe, diin iyang gipasiugda ang dakong bili ug papel sa mga BHW sa pagpahugot sa healthcare. Gipasabot usab niya nga magpadayon siya, kauban si City Vice Mayor Engr. Franklin Gentiles, sa paghatag og suporta kanila, lakip na ang pagdugang sa honorarium sa mga BHW nga gigahinan na para sunod tuig, usa ka timailhan sa pag-ila sa ilang kakugi ug serbisyo publiko.

Mitambong ug anaa sa maong aktibidad ang presensya ni City Councilor Boss JM Relampagos ug Executive Secretary to the Mayor Ms. Jo-Anne Relampagos-Capuyan, nga mihatag og mga pahalipay para karong umaabot nga Pasko sa mga partisipante. Anaa sab ang mga Barangay Captains, Barangay Committee on Health Chairpersons, ug uban pang barangay functionaries nga nagpakita sa ilang suporta sa maong kalihokan.

Anaa sa maong malampusong aktibidad si Dr. Eranie Pangilinan - CGADH I/Program Officer-in-Charge, ug Dr. Theresa San Jose-Hintay, Panabo CHO Medical Officer III, nga nagpahimangno sa mga BHW sa pagpadayon sa ilang tinuoray ug kinasingkasing nga serbisyo, ug ang kalampusan sa Panabo City Health Office karong tuiga napalampus pinaagi sa dakong tabang sa mga BHW nga walay puas nga mitabang sa operasyon.

Ang kalampusan sa pagpahigayon sa maong Year-end Evaluation sa tanang BHW sa Panabo City bunga sa pag-organisa ug tinabangay nga paningkamot sa mga Panabo City BHW Officers inubanan sa liderato ni Panabo City BHW Federation President Ms. Ma. Luisa Capio, Panabo CHO BHW Coordinator Ms. Marianne Serrano, RN, MN, ug sa pagpanguna ni Dr. Eranie Pangilinan - CGADH I/Program Officer-in-Charge.

Ang kalihokan nahimo nga matinud-anon nga selebrasyon sa serbisyo, pagpasalamat, ug pag-ila sa kabuhatan sa mga Barangay Health Workers—ang una nga linya sa serbisyo sa kahimsog sa Panabo City.

Ang Panabo City Health Office nag-uban sa pag-obserba sa World AIDS Day 2025 karong adlawa, December 1, 2025, nga adunay tema nga 𝑶𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒓𝒖𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑨𝑰𝑫𝑺 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒆—atong gipamatuod pag-usab ang atong komitment sa pagpakusog sa kahibalo, pagpahugot sa edukasyon, ug pagpalig-on sa paghiusa sa pakigbatok sa HIV/AIDS.

Pina-agi sa paggiyahan sa Republic Act 11166, nagkahiusa kita sa pagpakaylap sa tukmang impormasyon, pagbungkag sa stigma, ug pagmugna sa usa ka komunidad nga nagbarug diha sa panagsama ug kalig-on.

This year’s POPDEV Week affirms that people-centered development policies are central to the country's overall progress.

Malipayon nga midawat og pasidungog ang Panabo City Health Office sa Harmonized Health Awards 2025 sa pagpanguna ni Assistant City Health Officer Dr. Eranie L. Pangilinan adtong Nobyembre 20, 2025 sa Waterfront Insular Hotel, Lanang, Davao City.

Ang Harmonized Health Awards 2025 (HHA 2025), usa ka tinuig na pag-ila sa Department of Health - Davao Center for Health Development sa mga kontribusyon ug katumanan sa mga opisina na may kalambigitan sa public health sa tibook Davao Region.

Ang mga awards nga nadawat sa pasilidad mao ang mga mosunod:

*Harmonized Health Awards 2025 - awarded to City of Panabo as champion in Creating Healthy Learning Institutions
*Harmonized Health Awards 2025 - awarded to City of Panabo for achieving 100% liquidation of prior year's Fund Transfers as of the semi-annual cut-off on June 30, 2025
*Plaque of Recognition - presented to Local Government Unit of Panabo for the "ROA Sustainability Award"
*Plaque of Recognition - awarded to City Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit (CESU) of Panabo, Davao Del Norte for having attained the Functional Level during the CY 2025 assessment based on the Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation Tool
*Plaque of Recognition - awarded to BHS New Visayas for being the Most Functional Integrated Management of Childhood Illness Barangay Health Station
*Plaque of Recognition - awarded to BHS New Visayas for being the Most Consistent Barangay Health Station Recording & Reporting for the Integrated Management of Childhood Illness
*Certificate of Appreciation - presented to City of Panabo for providing technical assistance that contributed to the recognition of seven (7) schools at Oplan Kalusugan sa DepEd Healthy Learning Institutions (OKD-HLI)

Lakip niini, subay sa pagdawat og award sa CHO- CESU office isip Functional Level, makadawat usab sila og (1) Laptop ug cash incentive na mikantidad og PHP 100,000.00. Gani, aduna usab madawat ang Lokal nga Panggamhanan nga PHP 60,000.00 isip nakakuha sa ROA Sustainability Award.
