Year 2012 OFW ako noon sa Ethiopia ng makaramdam ako ng left chest pain, pain on my legs when standing for more than 4 hours and frequent headache. I consulted at the hospital where I workedand ,undergo blood examination .My blood pressure was 140 /90 (family history)which normally its only 100/60. After blood test my cholesterol is 280 mg/dl. Mahirap magaksakit kapag malayo tayo sa ating pamilya kaya ganoon na lng ang aking kaba pagalala ko. Yoong pakiramdam na paano pag naconfine ako dito . Hindi ko sinabi sa aking mga kasamahan na kapwa mga Filipino at mga anak ko dahil ayaw ko silang magalaala. My Faith in GOD is my strong weapon that time at hindi ako bumitiw until now. Sa kanya lng ako kumapit at siya na ln gang aking kinakausap at instead inisip ko na lang na lahat ng trials may solution and I am so blessed . Sinunod ko ang mga tagubilin , mga preventive measures at nagsimula na akong uminom ng simvastatin, losartan at at amlodipine.
Taong 2014 paguwi ko after 2 years nagpa general checkup ako at mataas pa rin cholesterol ko at BP at pinalitan ng Atorvastatin at Losartan na lang. Iniinom ko ito hanggang May 2019 pero walang pagbabago . Nagpabalik balik pa rin ako sa ibat -ibang bansa, nakapamasyal sa ibat ibang panig ng mundo . From US nagtransfer ako sa Canada.
