LGU-RHU Joins Kick-Off of Women's Month and Fire Prevention Month ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ”ฅ

The Rural Health Unit under LGU proudly participated in the joint celebration of National Women's Month and Fire Prevention Month through a vibrant Kick-Off Parade followed by a Zumba activity.

This activity was made possible with the support and collaboration of the BFP, PNP and MSWD and other partner agencies.
Through this initiative, the RHU continues to promote women's empowerment, health awareness and fire safety in our community.

This Valentineโ€™s Day, we move for love!
Love for our hearts and our health. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’ƒ

In line with the Department of Health (DOH) advocacy on the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, a Zumba activity was successfully conducted this morning in celebration of Valentineโ€™s Day, Heart Month, and Cancer Awareness Month.
The activity was initiated by Hon. Marvie L. Niola, in partnership with RHU Pandan, to raise awareness that regular physical activity is essential not only for heart health but also for mental well-being. Exercise and active movement contribute to a healthier body, help manage stress, and improve overall quality of life.

Participants actively engaged in the activity, showing enthusiasm and energy while promoting self-care and healthy living within the community.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to Hon. Shiela S. Arcilla for generously providing free soup to the participants after the activity.

We also thank Hon.Marvie L. Niola for this initiative! This is a big step in promoting a healthy lifestyle in our community.
