To people who are thinking that it’ll be over soon.
Let’s be prepared. Start with your habits. Get enough sleep, exercise and have a healthy diet. Also, let’s be more aware with our hygiene especially with our hands. Wash often instead of sanitizing using the alcohol.💖 this way, we’re not only we helping ourselves but our friends, family, the country and the world too. Let’s help the science and technology we’re relying on.
Don’t forget that it’s not just our physical health that helps us to be healthy but as well as our minds. Taking care of our mental health is very important too. Pray, meditate, talk to people, share memes, or do what ever relaxes your mind. Let’s help each other .
This way, we could help our body to increase our immunity.
The virus is mutating and it is unknown how worse it could go. So, it is better that we start the healthy way now.
While we are waiting for the world to be back to ‘normal’, we could also take this as an opportunity to do the things we have been wanting to do. Because by the time this has come to an ‘end’, the ‘normal’ that we’re used to could be different.
Indeed we are more advanced compare to the past. It could be quicker than before. But that doesn’t mean we dont need to be cautious, right?
