Some of my students know that I have S shaped scoliosis. But that did not stop me to do pole, aerial, gym, and pilates movements.

I do not safeguard my spine concern instead I train it to understand better form and use its full potential.

So, do not be limited by your fears or disabilities or imperfections. Proper Movement is always medicine.
