The Health Club of San Roque National High School stands with the world in promoting awareness, understanding, and compassion for mental health. Let’s continue to talk about our feelings, take breaks when we’re tired, stay active, eat well, and reach out for help when we need it.

Be Alert | Stay Dry | Keep Safe

Patuloy ang malakas na ulan at may posibilidad ng baha sa ating lugar. Pinapaalalahanan ang lahat na maging maingat at pangalagaan ang kalusugan.

🌧️ Mga Paalala sa Panahon ng Ulan:
• Laging magdala ng payong o kapote kapag lalabas.
• Gumamit ng hindi madulas na sapatos para iwas aksidente.
• Iwasan ang paglusong sa baha—delikado at marumi ito.
• Kung hindi naman kailangan, manatili sa loob ng bahay.

⚠️ BABALA: MGA SAKIT NA NAKUKUHA SA BAHA ⚠️
Ang baha ay maaaring magdala ng mga sakit na delikado. Ingatan ang sarili sa mga sumusunod:

🦠 Leptospirosis – galing sa baha na may ihi ng hayop; puwedeng pumasok sa balat lalo na kung may sugat.
🦟 Dengue – mula sa kagat ng lamok na nangingitlog sa naiipong tubig.
🤢 Pagtatae at sakit sa tiyan – mula sa pag-inom ng maruming tubig.
🧼 Sakit sa balat at alipunga – dulot ng maduming tubig at matagal na pagkababad sa basa o maruming sapatos.

❗Para Maging Ligtas:
• Iwasang lumusong sa baha.
• Linisin agad ang paa at katawan kung nabasa sa ulan o baha.
• Takpan at linisin ang kahit anong sugat.
• Gumamit ng tuyong medyas at sapatos para iwas alipunga.
• Uminom ng malinis at ligtas na tubig.
• Alisin ang mga lalagyan ng naiipong tubig sa paligid.
• Kumonsulta agad sa health center kung may nararamdamang sintomas.

🩺💉 Annual Medical Checkup 2025 – Paombong District 💉🩺

In support of health and wellness, the Annual Medical Checkup for all teaching and non-teaching personnel of the Paombong District was successfully held at San Roque National High School.

With the support and leadership of our dedicated Principal II, Ma'am Loida G. Rillera, this important initiative ensures that our educators and staff remain healthy, cared for, and ready to continue their service to the community.
