✨ FINAL 3 BATCHES OF BCSS & PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING – 2025 ✨

The final three batches of the Basic Customer Service Satisfaction (BCSS) and Personality Development Training for the year 2025 were successfully conducted on November 28 and December 4–5.
These last batches mark the culmination of our objective to train all OSPAR employees, strengthening our commitment to excellent customer service and professional conduct.
As we move forward, it is now time to sustain what we have started—by closely observing real-life scenarios in every hospital office through regular rounds and the systematic collection of reports. These feedback mechanisms will guide us in identifying areas for improvement and in continuously elevating the quality of service we provide to our patients.
