Adding meditation to your life

Whether you are a builder, a merchant, a mother or a student, anyone can practice meditation and experience the wonderful benefits it has to offer. Studies have shown that meditation can significantly reduce stress levels and therefore has a positive effect on the body as well as on the mind.
