A 74-year-old male patient was referred to our service presenting with leg heaviness, discoloration, and a non-healing wound. He was diagnosed with chronic venous disease. A comprehensive venous duplex scan confirmed the diagnosis. The patient underwent sclerotherapy with cyanoacrylate glue (Venaseal).

At his two-week follow-up, the patient reported improved mobility, mentioning he could walk faster, and noted that his legs appeared visibly lighter.

This case highlights the effectiveness of cyanoacrylate glue closure in managing chronic venous incompetence.
