•Growth and Development: Especially during childhood and adolescence.
•Mood and Sleep: Influencing emotional well-being and sleep patterns.

On the otherhand, HORMONAL IMBALANCE, due to stressful and unhealthy lifestyle, can lead to a wide range of symptoms, depending on the specific hormones affected and the severity of the imbalance.
