Today marks my 3rd year anniversary with BetterLife Studio PH (formerly Ia Yoga Studio) 🙌🏼 ☺️

A lookback on our once-a-little space that built foundation, friendship and inspiration - Fitscovery, first Ashtanga Class, first Sound Bath, Pioneer Batch of Ashtanga Workshop, first in-studio private class and a whole lot more!

Thank you T’ Ia for giving me the opportunity to share my passion and love for Yoga to the community where I grew up and has been for 4 decades and counting - Better Living Subdivision!

Always a student of this deep backbending yoga pose 🙏🏻😊

Kapotasana is scary but satisfying as it relates to emotional release (heart chakra), balances courage and surrender (abhyasa and vairagya) with deep sense of humility (grounding).
