Dear Mr. Villegas,

Thank you and congratulations for the Christmas Party you and your Board feted the Village homeowners and their family members. You confided to me that all the food expense the Association solely funded. I am inspired to write this letter while the party is going on. It is a successful and well-attended neighborhood party quite obvious from its big basketball court venue with the full court press, so to speak, of dining tables filled to the brim. And you capped all of this with a sumptuous buffet dinner and many gifts or prizes for virtually every homeowner. (By the way, sorry for my non-cooperation that l declined the mike from your staff to take part in your karaoke program. l also do bathroom singing but your songs list did not include Elvis Presley songs, whose tempo and style l singularly do only, and no other songs and style).

But what stood outstanding in significance to me in that neighborhood party was the rare opportunity it afforded you to parade on screen to the homeowners your impregnable and consistent integrity and transparency as our President and leader of our community. The video screen declared in no lying and uncertain terms the funds you collected from the homeowners and the expenses of our Association for the last year or so.

The tremendously rising collection of the Association and its well-attended tonight's affair trumpet the homeowners trust in your integrity and competent leadership.

From the very start, l fully feel and see your honest and good heart for the community, that's why l felt no restraint in continuously requesting you to run full steam ahead and damn the torpedoes, bearing in mind always that your success in serving the community, no one can argue against.

I reiterate my thanks to you and your Board of Directors -- the backbone of your leadership -- for a well done job for our neighborhood.

Our Local Government Unit (LGU) will conduct a Disaster Preparedness Seminar for our community on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 9:00 AM to be held at our Clubhouse

The program will be conducted by our very own Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Arvin Abigaile S. Arnuelo, EMT.

This activity will cover earthquake readiness, go-bag essentials, basic first aid, evacuation procedures and the following topics:

-Crash Vehicle Extrication & Rescue

- Trainings of Trainers ToT (CBDRRM) Community-Based Disaster Risk Reduction and Management

-ASEAN Medical Unit Leader of the National Incident Management Team Joint Task Group Emergency Preparedness and Response (NIMT-JTGEPR)

-Training for Instructor (CADRE)

-Swift Water Rescue

- Deputy Operations Section Chief (IMT) Incident Management Team Covid-19 Pandemic

All residents are encouraged to attend and arrive 15 minutes early.

We will be realigning an existing 1,350 mm-diameter pipe within the Philippine National Railways (PNR) right-of-way to give way to the construction of the New Paco Train Station. This will temporarily affect water service in parts of Makati, Manila, Paranaque and Pasay City.

To maximize the downtime and improve our service, Maynilad will also conduct the following parallel activities:

• Interconnection of 1,400 mm- and 1,350 mm-diameter pipes along Quirino Avenue near Philippine Columbian Association Building Interconnection of 1,400 mm- and 1,350 mm-diameter pipes along Quirino Avenue near the old Paco Station (across Plaza Dilao)

These activities will help reduce water losses and enhance water supply availability and pressure in the affected areas.
Please see the list of affected barangays and their respective service interruption schedules below.

We advise affected customers to store enough water before the scheduled activities. Water supply will be restored as soon as the work is completed.

To assist customers, Maynilad will have mobile water tankers on standby, ready to deliver potable water as needed. It also has stationary water tanks in key locations for easier water access.

Once service resumes, please let the water flow out from your taps briefly until it clears.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we support this important national infrastructure initiative and continue to improve our services.
