2021 is an extraordinary challenging year for me.
Almost forgot to take care of my body, I started to resist exercising.
Being in the pandemic adds up to the pressure of not investing for my health and fitness.
However, the days get heavier.
I feel so tired.

I know that Im the person who is passionate in inspiring improvement.
Hence, I decided to bring back my fire.
I chose myself and decided to enroll to physical training.
And have the discipline to practice healthy eating habits.

Today is my breakthrough.
With the guidance of my coaches, (6 months later) I am able to finish the first Spartan Stadion race in the Philippines.

This is the culmination of my 6-month journey of choosing my health every single day.
Choosing myself. And I am excited to continue with this path.

My realizations:
Age is indeed a number.
Being busy and stressed in life is definitely not an excuse to be healthy and fit.
During hard times, learn to live life one day at a time.
