2025 is the year to start a new journey for myself. Will update this page regularly now with my diet and exercise routine and post progress pics as well.
I am really motivated to stick to this lifestyle once and for all.
Longevity, genuine happines, mentally peaceful and physical health is what I'm after.
Expecting major challenges and struggles on diet and training schedules but hoping for the BEST!

My Story

Hello everyone. My name is Vic. I'm a cook, adventure guy, a vintage car & bike lover, a foodie who loves to workout, a jack of all trades and a master of none. ;-)

I am not a fitness competitor nor a bodybuilder. My goal and purpose for this page is to encourage everyone out there and say that it’s never too late to get in shape and be healthy. I love to eat good food so I will not emphasize too much on dieting here. I want to inform you guys that you can be fit and healthy and still have Quality of LIFE by eating delicious foods moderately and still be in shape. I will be posting the actually stuff I do from food prep, workouts, etc.
