Hello everyone. My name is Vic. I'm a cook, adventure guy, a vintage car & bike lover, a foodie who loves to workout, a jack of all trades and a master of none. ;-)
I am not a fitness competitor nor a bodybuilder. My goal and purpose for this page is to encourage everyone out there and say that itβs never too late to get in shape and be healthy. I love to eat good food so I will not emphasize too much on dieting here. I want to inform you guys that you can be fit and healthy and still have Quality of LIFE by eating delicious foods moderately and still be in shape. I will be posting the actually stuff I do from food prep, workouts, etc.
There have been many fitness pages and sites on social media, but most of them sadly enough, are business oriented.
This page is a work in progress so please bear with me. Finally a fitness page for everybody and especially the middle aged person! (y)
