Ang SAMPASAMPALUKAN, Sampa-sampalukan o Chanca piedra ay isang halamang-gamot. Ang buong halaman ay ginagamit sa paggawa ng gamot.
Ang Chanca piedra ay ginagamit para sa iba't ibang mga karamdaman ng urinary tract kabilang ang mga impeksyon, pananakit at pamamaga (pamamaga), bato sa bato, at paglabas mula sa urethra o ari. Ginagamit din ito para sa mga sakit sa digestive tract kabilang ang gas, pagkawala ng gana, pananakit ng tiyan, impeksyon sa bituka, paninigas ng dumi, at disentery.
Ang ilang mga tao ay gumagamit ng chanca piedra bilang liver tonic at para sa mga problema sa atay kabilang ang hepatitis B. Kabilang sa iba pang gamit ang paggamot sa diabetes, gallstones, colic, trangkaso, mataas na presyon ng dugo, namamagang lalamunan at namamagang tonsils, swine flu, paninilaw ng balat (jaundice), mga bukol sa tiyan, pananakit sa paligid ng tumbong, lagnat, mga sakit na naililipat sa pakikipagtalik tulad ng syphilis at gonorrhea, malaria, tumor, kagat ng uod, ubo, pagpapanatili ng likido, pangangati, pagkalaglag, panginginig, tipus, anemia, hika, brongkitis, uhaw, tuberkulosis, at pagkahilo.

Pokpoklo (Codium edule) is a seasonal and edible mineral-rich algae that is popular in northern part of the Philippines. It has worm-like branches that is smooth and gummy in texture.

Locals eat it fresh, with chopped onions or shallots (lasona), tomatoes, and souring agent (calamansi or vinegar). It is naturally salty so there is no need to add any salt.
