Meet 𝗗𝘆𝘀𝘀𝗮, our 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿. She began her Watsons journey as a pharmacy student completing a minor internship, and quickly discovered how Watsons’ values, culture, and people make a difference every day.

For Dyssa, Watsons has opened doors to growth, recognition, and meaningful experiences, all supported by inspiring leaders and a collaborative team. Along the way, she learned important lessons about teamwork, perseverance, and leadership, which she now shares with others.

Long before she became a 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗗𝘆𝘀𝘀𝗮 was a pharmacy student completing her minor internship at a Watsons store. What started as a learning experience quickly became a turning point. As she witnessed firsthand the high standards of community pharmacy practice that reflect Watsons’ global brand.
