"Med Waste Controversy in Cebu"

We have been receiving inquiries concerning articles released by several publications in Cebu last January 2019 regarding the illegal disposal of infectious medical wastes which were recovered in the waters off the Mactan channel in Cebu.

To set the records straight, Maya Med Waste Corp. (Maya Waste Solutions) and its affiliate RAD Green Solutions Corp. are based in Davao City with operations in Mindanao and Metro Manila and is currently not engaged in any medical waste activity in Cebu.

The alleged company claims it is based in Davao City but data reveal that it is registered and stationed in Cebu City.
