🤮 Norovirus, often called the "stomach flu," is a highly contagious virus that causes vomiting and diarrhea. Most people with norovirus illness get better within 1-3 days, but they can still spread the virus for a few days after.

🦠 Norovirus can spread through contact with infected people, contaminated food or drinks, and contaminated surfaces.

✅ Protect yourself and others by:
▪️Washing your hands well and often.
▪️Cooking shellfish thoroughly and washing fruits and vegetables.
▪️Cleaning and disinfecting contaminated surfaces.
▪️Washing laundry in hot water.
▪️Staying home when sick and 48 hours after symptoms stop.
