❌ Violation of Republic Act No. 3720 (Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act)
❌ Violation of Republic Act No. 9711 (FDA Act of 2009)
❌ Unauthorized use of company name, trademarks, logos, and identity, constituting identity theft, cyber fraud, and unfair trade practices
❌ Possible violations of Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012) and related laws
