The Pasig City General Hospital has been chosen as one of the pilot areas for the rollout of the COVID-19 Vaccination of Minors (12-17 years old) with Comordibities, which started last October 15, 2021.
The Pasig Vaccination Team started the rollout with the patients of the two LGU-owned hospitals (PCGH and PCCH) and barangay health centers. We are now in the process of vaccinating minor patients from private hospitals in the City. Once the vaccination of these patients has been completed, the Pasig City Vaccination Team will move to the vaccination of those who registered through the PasigPass system.
To register your kids aged 12-17, WITH COMORBIDITIES listed in the material, create a PasigPass account for them. Log in to their account and then click "Vaccination Profile" to update their Pasig Health Monitor records for them to be included in the masterlist of those who will be vaccinated.
In the updating of their Vaccination Profile, choose "A3 Pedia" as their applicant classification.
The National COVID-19 Vaccination Operations Center (NVOC) has so far allowed for the vaccination of minors WITH COMORBIDITIES.
Other parents who want to register their minor children (WITHOUT comorbidities) to the Vaccination Program, may already do so in preparation for the nationwide rollout, but their vaccination will only commence once we get the go signal from the NVOC. For minors WITHOUT comorbidities, you may choose "Pedia" as your applicant classification when updating their Vaccination Profile.
On the day of the vaccination of minors with comorbidities, be sure to bring the following requirements:
-PasigPass QR code
-Birth Certificate
-Parent’s/Guardian’s Valid ID
-Standard DOH Medical Clearance
Download the standard DOH Medical Clearance template through this link:

Minors may likewise update their Pasig Health Monitor (PHM) records to register to the COVID-19 Vaccination Program through the various PHM updating efforts of Pasig City, refer to this link: https://web.facebook.com/PasigPIO/posts/210981584454890
