Sa ilalim ng RA No. 11166 o Philippine HIV and AIDS Policy Act, ipinagbabawal ang anumang uri ng diskriminasyon at pagsisiwalat ng mali at confidential na impormasyon tungkol sa HIV.

Ang sinumang lalabag ay maaaring makulong, pagbayarin ng multa, o mawalan ng lisensya o permit.

Paalala ng DOH: Huwag agad maniwala sa mga impormasyong nakikita sa social media.
