JOB DESCRIPTION
Community Mobilizing Officer
โข Primarily responsible for the target accomplishments of both Walk-ins and outreach activities
โข Responsible for coordinating and arranging the site visits of the LY-SR and PR teams
โข Coordinate community center operations with the CBO Head, to align with the organizationโs HIV program specific with the PROTECTS Project.
โข Coordinate community center operations with CCAFO, to align with field and outreach activities, trainings, and meetings with partners
โข Responsible for submission of outreach and thematic activity proposals.
โข Lead and secure volunteers to participate in outreach and other community-mobilizing activities.
โข Coordinate with CCAFO and co-submit accomplishment reports and liquidations (MAR, ACR, ALR, MLR, MOM, etc.)
โข Notify and seek approval as necessary from the Program Manager for any updates, deviations and/or adjustments to the approved activities and budget utilization
โข Secure and check all data forms/documents (e.g. Reach Forms, CBS Forms, and Forms A) involved in outreach and center testing.
โข Facilitate encoding in the OHASIS together with CCAFO, and submit a report to Regional Project Officer and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
โข Adhere to timekeeping protocols set by LY (HRIS)
โข Perform other functions/duties as assigned by the Program Manager
