Don't be deceived.
FRIED RICE, CHOPSUEY & NO MEAT
Is this your perception of what a healthy meal looks like? Many people nowadays are getting more afraid to eat meat, especially red meat because of "new research" saying its unhealthy. They are replacing it with carbs, veggie meat, tofu and other processed plant-based meat-wannabe, and forgetting the fact that humans feed on these meat for millions of years without heart disease or diabetes.
The result?
Same people struggling to lose belly fat and the hidden visceral fats because of the chronic high insulin that blocks fat burning, continuously driving hunger from sugar fluctuations and worsening insulin resistance from seed oils, rice/grains/starch and inflammatory soy products.
You may eat vegetables if you like, but know that it will never be enough.
Nutrients from meat, especially from red meat is the most compatible for the human body when it comes to absorption and utilization. Unlike most vegetables containing anti-nutrients that blocks absorption of other vitamins and minerals, the ones in meat have the high bioavailability. Meaning, we maximize our nutrition when we consume it compared to vegetables alone.
I have seen patients who have Iron Deficiency Anemia despite lots of green leafy vegetable intake, iron supplementation and even regular blood transfusion. You know what's common among them? They avoid eating meat.
You know what's my definition of a healthy meal?
It is the one containing mostly natural, real meat and other animal products like seafood, fish and eggs cooked in water, grilled, with coconut oil, lard, tallow or butter. Vegetables high in fiber and low in starch can be added, but not dominate the whole plate. Eat these without sugar and fructose, minimal starch and little to no inflammatory ingredients, and you'll see your health improving like never before.
Hundreds of thousands are now seeing the results. Hope you can be one those who will get healed too.
There is a way & you deserve it.
God bless everyone. Have the best health always. ❤️
