My I-Fern Power Trio (PCOS) Testimony

After almost a month of taking the correct dosage of i-Fern Power Trio, my PCOS was healed. Praise God and Thank you i-Fern! 🙏🏻💚

At first, I was really hesitant to believe that it could actually cure my PCOS (despite all the testimonies I’ve heard) because for the longest time that I have been consulting with different OB Gyne, lagi nilang sinasabi na walang gamot ang PCOS. All you have to do is to eat a healthy balanced diet and to do exercise to correct your hormones. And so, I admitted to myself na hindi talaga mawawala ang PCOS ko not unless I change my lifestyle.

But despite of my doubts, sinubukan ko parin kasi to be honest, wala namang mawawala. I have been taking vitamins naman na din ever since, ang ginawa ko lang talaga is nagpalit muna ng brand. And then the MIRACLE happened. Sobrang na amaze ako na after almost a month lang ng pag inom ko ay nawala nga ang PCOS ko. Wala naman akong binago sa diet ko and hindi din ako nag exercise. Vitamin D deficiency may be one of the most preventable risk factors for breast cancer, yet nearly 75% of women diagnosed with the disease have dangerously low levels. Research shows that women with vitamin D levels below 20 ng/mL face double the risk of developing breast cancer compared to those with optimal levels above 50 ng/mL.

This link isn’t accidental — it’s biological. Breast tissue contains vitamin D receptors on every cell, and vitamin D influences more than 200 genes involved in cell growth, repair, and programmed cell death. When levels are adequate, vitamin D helps prevent abnormal cell growth, triggers the destruction of pre-cancerous cells, reduces tumor blood supply, and blocks pathways that lead to metastasis.

Survival outcomes also shift dramatically. Women with vitamin D levels above 40 ng/mL at diagnosis show 50% better survival rates and significantly lower recurrence risk.

The deficiency problem is widespread: about 41% of Americans are low in vitamin D, with rates climbing to 82% among African Americans due to melanin reducing vitamin D synthesis from sunlight.

Diet alone can’t correct this. Most people require 20+ minutes of midday sunlight on arms and legs (without sunscreen at first) or 4,000–8,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily. Because needs vary widely, a simple blood test is essential to determine the right dosage.

4 YEARS KAMI NAG TRY NI HUSBAND. Andon yung sumayaw kami sa Obando linggo linggo, nagpaalaga sa OB, uminom ng mga herbal teas, vitamins at iba pang mga gamot for fertility. Kase I have PCOS, knowing of having a Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome mahihirapan ka talaga makabuo. Kase prone din sya sa infertile o mabaog. Actually nasabihan nga ako na baog dati ng mga kakilala namin and it breaks my heart so much. Ang iyak ko sa Panginoon. Kase nawawalan na ako ng pag asa na mag buntis at magkaanak. Siguro naramdaman ni Lord yung eagerness namin na magkababy para mabuo ang aming pamilya.

Kinabukasan habang nagbrowse ako sa fb. Nakita ko ang page na may testimony about pregnancy. Dahil sa FERN D nagbuntis yung nagpatotoo sa ifern page. Nag messege ako sa kanila. Sabi ko wala naman mawawala kung ittry ko mag inquire. At first hesitant ako kase pricey. Then nag pray ako. Lord eto napo ba yung sagot mo sa dalangin ko? Iyak ako ng iyak habang nagpapasalamat sa Diyos dahil Siya ang dahilan bat ako nagbuntis at paano ko nalaman ang Fern D. Now my baby is 6 months old now.
