Keeping up with the red cups 🥫🥫🥫😂😂😂

The red cups are out once again and our elders are up to a difficult activity which tests their concentration & memory skills. Looks simple? Not quite. Because it takes extraordinary focus specially at their age & condition to win this game. Hard game for our patients but tgey are loving it and not giving up!

BINGO or nothing! 😆☝️📝💯

Our elders will always go for BINGO if asked what activity to do. HN is such a vibrant and noisy place everytime BINGO is played by our patients. They sing and do dance moves while playing this game. Such a lovely and heartwarming sight!

We are always more than happy to facilitate this game for them because the activity keeps their mind sharp, potentially delaying Dementia. It reduces their stress and boosts their mood through a friendly competition.

Volleyball gals just wanna have fun! 🫶🏻🏐🤾🏻‍♀️☺️

Our elders’ regular outdoor session was made more enjoyable by playing the chair volleyball. Designed for limited mobility, this seated activity using a beach ball primarily promotes upper body mobility and reflexes for our patients.

This is such challenging & fun way to physical fitness, cognitive & mental health and social connection. Our elders are loving it everytime!

When it’s Valentine’s Day, it is a must for our home to celebrate love! Our elders are the sweetest, more loving and loveable people and heart’s day is an important occassion for them. We make sure that we fill our home with red hearts and let them enjoy this day with a simple celebration.

Happy harvest, happy elders! 😍😊🌾💚

It is always a joyful activity for our patients when they go outdoors and harvest simple fruits that they have planted. It is their simple version of “communing with nature”, a day of greens, fresh air and natural Vitamin D!

“Where there is love, there is life.” ❤️❤️❤️

Love is in the air and red hearts abound in Happy Nest as Valentine’s Day approaches. With happy hearts and creative spirit, our elders have started making Valentine cards for their loved ones.

In our home, we make sure to celebrate Valentine’s. After all, our oldies are young at heart, definitely never too old to love & be loved!
