Paint me a Christmas 🎄⭐️💫💚

Christmas is in the air and our elders are extremely excited with activities to celebrate the season.

Our elders enjoyed a creative day of painting session with a twist. Using a balloon, each patient gave a painting rendition of a Christmas tree to serve as decors in the facility.

The activity enhanced their cognitive & fine motor skills, reduced stress, fostered emotional expression, boosted creativity and provided a sense of accomplishment and purpose.

We celebrate Halloween with happy and beneficial activities for our dear elders.

The “egg carton- pattern matching” is a fun way which benefits cognitive, fine and language motor skills by improving memory, concentration & visual recognition.

SPOOKY time of year! ☢️🌚🤡😈👹👺☢️

Halloween is the next most anticipated event of our elders and care staff every year. It’s because they all get the chance to be themselves —- creative, goofy and a little bit rowdy!

This year they had more of face art /painting and heavily decorated the whole facility with jack-o-lanterns, cobwebs, witches and everything scary!
They all gathered together for a special meal and lots of games!

Amigas’ game day! 👩🏻‍🦳💖🧑🏻‍🦳💖👳🏻‍♀️💖👱🏻‍♀️💖

Our beautiful female elders were up and about, overly ecstatic playing their fave games, Bingo and Pokeno! These games are their happy way of socialising with one another and providimg them benefits such as improved cognitive skills and emotional well-being.

These are affirnative words that we instill in our elders’ minds and hearts! Hence, we make sure that our activities are aligned with this goal.

Hitting pyramids of red party cups is an effective activity of letting them feel, able, capable and strong —- a de-stressing game that they truly enjoy too!
