Together with our President & CEO - Dr. Elmer Palomata, Chief Operations Officer - Mr. Franz Araque, Chief People Officer - Ms. Erika Castillo, Medical Director - Dr. Cristian Dela Cruz, Legal & Chief Compliance Officer - Atty. Roselle Perez and the HR Team, we had the privilege of visiting the DSWD Sanctuary Center as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

Led by our dedicated employees, the day of service was filled with shared talents, heartfelt connections, and moments of genuine joy - beautifully reflecting our unwavering commitment to giving back to the community.

This meaningful experience took place on December 9, 2025, and we are deeply grateful to the DSWD Sanctuary Center for their warm welcome and for allowing us to walk alongside their mission of care, hope, and compassion.

Value Care kicked off December with purpose!

Last December 2, 2025, we powered up preparedness with an eye-opening seminar on Family Emergency Management.

Guided by Mr. Fervin “Hutch” Regencia, Crisis Management Specialist, participants gained essential life-saving skills, from building effective family emergency plans to responding confidently during typhoons, earthquakes, and other unexpected crisis.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our President/CEO, Dr. Elmer Palomata, for his continued support that strengthen safety and resilience across the organization.

Our Legal & Compliance Team recently led an insightful and highly valuable seminar on the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), Whistleblowing Policy, and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABC) Policy — and our Value Care employees showed up with enthusiasm and a true commitment to learning!

Last November 18, our Supervisors and Managers gathered for a truly engaging and productive Performance Management Learning Session in preparation for the upcoming Annual Performance Evaluation.

The session reinforced our commitment to fairness, consistency, and alignment across all teams. Leaders revisited and strengthened their role in promoting accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement, proving how leadership shapes and elevates our culture and success.
