How do you handle your student who self-harms?

Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) is the deliberate, self-inflicted destruction of body tissue without suicidal intent, and for purposes not socially sanctioned. Latest research has shown that up to 40% of adolescents with mental health problems have now been found to be engaging in NSSI.

TMC Lobby (whole day): we will have a booth for virtual reality and stress management.

Come and try new, unreleased, stress managem through virtual reality!

10:00am: come and experience meditation through movement by joining our Qi D**g classes, sponsored by the Qi D**g International Society at the barcelon hall auditorium-- for Free! (Regular class is 3k, for TMC it is free)

We will also have expressive art therapy on wed and tai chi on Thursday
