ReHubWellness Pilates and Manual Therapy Rehub from the word 'rehab' connotes therapy, and moreso, we can say 'to restore', 'to renovate', 'to rejuvinate'.

This is where one can address their physical needs whether with pain from an injury, or just to feel worked out and mobilized. Our place Rehub Wellness is an alternative venue for therapy and workout utilizing muscle manipulation, alignment and restructuring along with Pilates workout as part of one’s continued rehabilitation.
