📍 On-site Position

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented CSSR Technician to ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of medical instruments and supplies.

Job Description
The CSSR Technician is responsible for decontamination, preparation, sterilization, and distribution of sterile instruments to support safe patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive, sort, and decontaminate used instruments and equipment

Clean, dry, and inspect surgical instruments

Pack and prepare instruments for sterilization

Operate autoclave and sterilization machines

Monitor sterilization parameters and biological indicators

Label and store sterile supplies properly

Maintain accurate sterilization records and logs

Ensure compliance with infection control policies and hospital standards

Monitor inventory of sterile supplies and request replenishment

Coordinate with OR, ER, ward, and other departments

Report damaged instruments for repair or replacement

Qualifications
Graduate of any medical-related course (Nursing Aide, Caregiving, Medical Technology, or equivalent)

With CSSR/CSR training is an advantage

With hospital experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome

Knowledge in sterilization procedures and infection control

Physically fit and organized

Keen to details and responsible

Willing to work shifting schedule

The PhilHealth Staff is responsible for handling members’ records, processing benefits, and assisting employees/patients regarding PhilHealth requirements and claims.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Process PhilHealth membership registration and updates

Verify MDR and eligibility of members

Assist employees/patients in completing PhilHealth forms and requirements

Process confinement, outpatient, and reimbursement claims

Coordinate with hospitals and the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation

Monitor submitted claims and follow-ups

Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

Answer inquiries regarding contributions, benefits, and case rates

Ensure compliance with PhilHealth policies and guidelines

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year course (Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field is an advantage)

With experience in PhilHealth processing or hospital/clinic setting is preferred

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HEAD NURSE OF HEMODIALYSIS UNIT to lead and oversee our dialysis department. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

*Lead, manage, and supervise dialysis operations and staff
*Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
*Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation for dialysis treatments
*Develop and implement clinical best practices and continuous quality improvement initiatives
*Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
*Monitor patient outcomes and address any clinical or operational issues
*Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluation for staff
*Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Medical Technology, or related field
*Relevant professional licensure/certification required (e.g., RN, RRT, etc.)
*with relevant years of experience in dialysis care delivery; leadership experience preferred
*Strong clinical knowledge of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and related therapies
*Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
