Harmful habits may include behaviors, reactions, or thought patterns. We repeatedly fall into the bad habit cycle thanks to unawareness.

Also, we mistakenly think bad habits solve our problems because at one time, they did. Eating a cupcake when we felt sad may have temporarily made us happier. But the good feeling didn’t last long. The cycle of sadness, cupcake, sadness, cupcake continued.
