November 24-26, 2021: Batch 3: Day 2 of 3 of the Learning and Development Program for Counselors and Advocates held at Convention Plaza Hotel, Avenue Plaza Hotel, Naga City.

The L&D Program is under the SDO Camarines Sue flagship program Project HELLO: Helping Employees and Learners Leap Onwards.
Participants are the Secondary Guidance Counselors and Guidance Advocates in the SDO Camarines Sur.
This Learning and Development Program is initiated by the Human Resource Development Unit through the support and trust of our passionate, driven and nimble Superintendent Loida Nidea, CESO V and Assistant Superintendent for SGOD Sueno Luzada.
Taking the lead in this program is Senior Education Program Specialist Ma. Salve III V. Gutierrez with SGOD Chief Pedro Pelonio, HRD Team Ronald Gambosa and Romje Benito . And the SDO Camarines Sur Registered Guidance Counselors Team: Ching Laganson, Tons Alvarez Valencia, RN Imperial , Nina Salve King, Aubs Onarres Pili, Len Quitangon, Rhodalyn Palomares Asido, Mary Hilado Ancheta and Jennette Villezar.
The SMME Team lead by SEPS Marilyn S. Gomez and QAME Associate Tons Valencia made sure that daily evaluation through online evaluation tool and Focus Group Discussions were conducted to monitor evaluate the program delivery.
The SDO ICT Team lead by IT Officer Ping Nebrea and Earl Jhon Nebrija made sure that our guest joining us virtually was able to connect with us.
Management Team and Participants attending via limited person-to-person modality have followed strictly the minimum public health protocols. The Avenue Plaza Hotel employees made sure that all pass through the standard health screening upon daily registration. Nurses from SDO CamSur served as Welfare Officers during this 3-day event.
