Hello everyone! I’d like to share my personal testimony. Long post ahead 🤍

Last 2018, I started to feel breast pain. Akala ko normal lang especially pag malapit na ko magka-period. Kaso eventually, mas madalas na yung pain at minsan hindi na siya tolerable. So I was advised to consult an OB-GYNE and my OB-GYNE suggested a breast ultrasound (sonomammogram) para ma-check.

Last 2019, nagpa-breast ultrasound ako and habang ginagawa yung procedure, yung pain is 10/10 😔 Lumabas sa result na I have solid masses but thankfully they are benign or non-cancerous.

From 2019 up to 2020, I didn’t take any medication since my OB-GYNE didn’t prescribe anything. Pero habang tumatagal, napapansin ko na mas nagwoworsen yung breast pain, kumikirot at mahapdi madalas.
