Also ๐๐๐ this is for the seniors:
This is only situational if ang SC patient ay bedridden or naka hospitalized.

Pharmacists have the right to deny your medications if your prescription is not updated.

Under FDA Circular No. 2025-005, pharmacies can no longer require the Senior Citizen Purchase Booklet, and any valid government-issued ID showing youโre 60 years old or above is already enough to avail the 20% discount + VAT exemption under RA 9994 (Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010).
Accepted IDs:
โข Driverโs License
โข Passport
โข National ID
โข PhilHealth ID
โข Postal ID
โข Voterโs ID
(any government-issued ID that shows your birthdate!)
Still required:
โข Doctorโs prescription (for prescription-only medicines)
In short:
Hindi kailangan ng OSCA ID lang.
Any valid ID showing your age (60+) is okay.
What matters is your age โ not the ID type.
