Sta. Lucia Land opens first GenSan sales office, boosts Mindanao presence

Leading property developer Sta. Lucia Land Inc., through its exclusive marketing arm Sta. Lucia Marketing, has opened its newest sales office in General Santos City, marking its first branch in the SOCCSKSARGEN region and sixth in Mindanao.
The office, located on the second floor of SM City General Santos, was formally inaugurated on June 14 with a blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Sta. Lucia Marketing president and CEO Liezel Tuason-Magpoc, and vice president John Eric Escanillas. The event featured messages from key executives, a traditional band performance, and a gathering of local sales partners.
Sta. Lucia Land said the new branch will make property services more accessible to residents and investors in the region, providing assistance with project inquiries, payment terms, and property tours. The office is expected to strengthen the companyโs reach in the south, helping more Filipino families invest in quality real estate developments.
โThis new sales hub allows us to better serve our clients in SOCCSKSARGEN. Itโs a strategic step as we continue expanding in growth areas across the country,โ Tuason-Magpoc explained.

The expansion comes as Sta. Lucia Land continues to build on its legacy of real estate development in Mindanao. Among its flagship projects in the region is Colinas Verdes, a masterplanned residential community in General Santos, known for its green spaces and community amenities.
Another upcoming development is Fairmont Lake Residences in Polomolok, South Cotabato. The lakeside project will feature a man-made lake, lighthouse, and open recreational areas, offering future homeowners a refreshing lifestyle outside urban centers.
